Timberlake Sales/Agridyne
James G. Timberlake has over five decades of knowledge and experience in the animal nutrition field. He graduated in 1961 from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s of science degree in animal science.  Following graduation, Jim joined Pillsbury Company as a merchandiser in the feed ingredient division in Springfield, Illinois.  Five years later, Jim founded his own company.  He has 50 plus years experience in merchandising feed-ingredients and over this time he has built a company that is recognized as a leader in the liquid feed industry, and a company that prides itself on cutting edge nutritional products and impeccable customer service. Jim has assembled a team of professionals, who bring his passion; his attention to details and desire for the highest quality of products to the company, while recognizing their customer base is their most valuable asset. Pat Collins handles the processing, transporting and marketing of the various types of liquid co-products, including vegetable fats, corn condensed distiller solubles (CCDS) and corn steep, nationwide. He specializes in locating, developing, proving feed values, and marketing Mix 30 and other co-products to the feed industry.  Pat’s expertise has been built over 37 years of experience in the industry, as he was part owner of ICF, an Illinois feedlot, and LMSI, a nutritional consulting business specializing in marketing by-product feed ingredients to the feedlot industry.  He graduated from Illinois State University in 1977 with a degree in animal science and joined Jim Timberlake in 1996.
Rod Hartzold is a 1980 Illinois State University graduate with a degree in general agriculture. Following graduation, Rod was employed with a vitamin/mineral company for one year, and then joined the management team for a 5,000 head farrow to finish hog operation.  He also managed a 1,100 acre grain operation, along with a 400 head cattle feedlot, while owning and operating a custom hay business.  He joined our company in 1996 and has been responsible for the design, construction, and day-to-day operations of all liquid feed ingredient facilities. Rob Tucker graduated from Millikin University in 1994 with a degree in business administration.  Rob joined our corporation that same year and understands all aspects of our company. He currently manages our entire distribution system, including both inbound ingredients and outbound customer orders.  In addition, he is directly responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting current and projected inventory requirements for all our locations.  Rob Tucker

Andy Jones received a bachelor’s degree in ag business from Illinois State University in 2007.  Andy was raised in Central Illinois on a diversified grain and livestock farm.  He and his wife, Darcie, along with family currently run an elite cow/calf herd with an annual sale.  Andy has extensive hand-on experience with the MIX 30 product, as his family’s operation has been feeding it for almost 20 years.  Andy has been with Agridyne since 2007 and services the states of AR, AL, LA, MS, GA, FL, TN, KY, SC, NC, VA, WV, MD, DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME. Joe Meggison is a 2002 graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in animal science.  While at Western Illinois and at Black Hawk East Jr. College, he was on the livestock judging teams. Joe grew up in northeast Indiana and was very active in 4-H and FFA. Today, he resides west of Springfield with his wife, Suzanne and their two daughters, Josie and Jentry. Joe began working for Agridyne in 2004 and handles the state of Texas. Joe Meggison
Michael Prescott graduated in 2002 from Illinois State University and his degree in agriculture industry management has proven to be invaluable to our company.  While in college, Michael was a member of the livestock judging team and several other ag organizations.  Currently, Michael and his wife Sara, along with their two children, Madison and Emma, run a successful cow/calf operation in the heart of Illinois.  Michael has been with Agridyne since the spring of 2002 and handles the states of WA, OR, ID, KS, CO, NE, MT, WY, NV, UT, and ND MikePrescott
Support Staff
Mike Georgen has a 30-year working relationship with Agridyne. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in computer science and then gained a MBA from the University of Chicago. He has been responsible for many key programs over the past three decades and most notably our trading system, accounting system and the least cost spreadsheet.  

 

Communications Director
Allison Vary has been with Agridyne since 2015. She is originally from Charter Oak, Iowa where her and her family raises Simmental and Crossbred cattle along with selling show pigs and Australian Shepherd ranch dogs. Allison is a Western Illinois University alumni where she has a degree in Animal Science with an option in Communications.

Allison’s responsibilities with Mix 30 include but not limited to, assisting with sales, creating advertisements and seasonal brochures, updates and maintains the Mix 30 company website, along with keeping our customers up to date through Mix 30’s Facebook page.

Invoicing Department / Dispatch / Lab and Sampling

Carrie Edmondson has been with Agridyne since 2006 and has a degree in finance.  Carrie manages our daily accounting operations. Carrie Edmonson
John Scott has been with Agridyne since 2001 and uses his associate’s degree in management of accounts for our company.  
Jeremy Steinkruger has been with Agridyne since 2012 and a degree in business management.  He handles all the Rail Logistics and tracing of railcars.  
Levi FergusonHas been with Agridyne since 2013. Having moved from truck dispatching to rail dispatching, he now manages the day-to-day operations of our Rail Fleet by actively monitoring the transit of our cars to ensure quick turn around times for our customers.  Levi Ferguson
Mae Hilby has worked with Jim Timberlake for over 38 years.  Mae handles all aspects of accounting and her long-term association with us has been invaluable.  Mae Hilby
Ray Panting joined Agridyne in 2005.  He handles all sampling and shipments to Servi-Tech Laboratories for testing of ingredients and finished MIX 30.  Ray Panting
Josh Glick joined Agridyne in 2014. He is the safety coordinator and handles rail and truck logistics. Josh has a degree in Communications.
